3. Counter-Notification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, India] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

InternClock.in takes copyright seriously. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users or contributors who are deemed to be “repeat infringers.”
